These initial steps are designed to fast-track your flourishing leadership journey, setting you on a path to impact and authentic leadership.
Day 1: Becoming a Powerful Changemaker (October 19) SHRM: 6 PDC
One of the biggest mistakes people who want to create change make, is they burn out and they get tired and they get tired because they are trying to push and force change to happen. They don't realize they are dealing with an issue where there's so much cynicism and non-possibility and disappointment and creating change can be productive rather than futile. In this module, you learn to address this from the very beginning.
Learn key mindset shifts for emotional intelligence and how they relate to creating positive change in your community. This module will help you stop pushing against resistance and instead increase your effectiveness and leverage as a leader.
Day 2: Embracing Diversity (October 20) SHRM: 6 PDC
What really amplifies our equity impact is having an understanding of our own filters. The journey of equity is one of self discovery and knowing ourselves in service to deeply understanding others.
What often happens is we are looking outside for people to change when the real change starts with us. Embracing diversity begins with embracing yourself. And the most powerful step is noticing and being aware of your own reactions in response to others.

Fast Track Your Impact (February 15, 2025) SHRM: 6 PDC
Discover how using the arts can accelerate cultural change and foster deeper understanding and connection. This module teaches you how to use artistic tools to multiply resources, and achieve quick, effective outcomes.
Transformational Collaboration (February 27, 2025) SHRM: 12 PDC
Build impactful group work skills through cross-sector collaboration. Participants will work in small groups to design projects that integrate an equity lens with collaborative learning skills. These projects will culminate in a community-based event, using artistic assets created during the program to guide conversations on equity and social justice.
Equitable Dinners - The program culminates with a participant led CAPSTONE event.
Group coaching follow-up integration session: 2-hour group coaching session to integrate key principles and support implementation of principles in daily practice.
