MEET THE TEAM: ERIN PARKER

Serving as the Managing Director of Out of Hand, Erin Parker plays a major role in making important administrative and management decisions. She also wears many hats like much of the senior staff, being involved in matters of Outreach and Advocacy, technological issues and Human Resources. However, her main duties revolve around financial management, such as being Out of Hand’s financial bookkeeper, setting ticket prices for various events, and creating and implementing fundraising plans. But whenever she’s not behind her desk, you can expect to see her as your Facilitator as well, making the atmosphere feel welcome with her signature laugh.
