MEET THE TEAM: ADRIA KITCHENS

If you’ve attended any event with Out of Hand as featured guests, you’ve more than likely heard Adria speak in person about the mission of Out of Hand Theater or seen her at your table as a Facilitator. But her duties extend far beyond the podium. 

As Out of Hand’s Director of Equity and Activism, Adria’s duties include overseeing the organization of Equitable Dinners programs, meeting with community leaders around the city of Atlanta, and organizing relevant research to use for future programs. And if that wasn’t enough, she also meets with Out of Hand’s Board of Directors with other senior staff to represent and provide reports for various committees as needed, and leads the meetings with the Executive Staff. But out of all of these duties she performs, the most important commitment is ensuring an atmosphere of equity wherever she goes.
